Standard delivery charges
FREE for orders with a goods total $129+
Flat $9.95 for orders under the free shipping threshold.
Signature on delivery, parcel tracking and parcel transit insurance included with all orders for no additional charge.
Express delivery charges
Flat $15.95 (4kg max)
Express parcels over 4kg - calculated in checkout.
Signature on delivery, parcel tracking and parcel transit insurance included with all orders for no additional charge.
Absent on delivery
- One delivery attempt will be made for all shipping.
- If no one is in attendance at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the area Post Office for safe-keeping and collection within 10 days. A collection notification will be advised in the parcel tracking.
Failure to collect
- If you do not collect your parcel within the allocated 10 days it will be returned to Send A Toy.
- On return you can request to have your parcel re-sent to the same or a revised address. A $12.95 AUD charge applied for this service.
- Alternatively we will cancel and refund your order, less our out-of-pocket postage/return postage expenses.
Authority To Leave instruction (ATL)
- ATL instructions can only be set by following the "leave in a safe place" link that is included in your parcel tracking email or pending delivery text, sent to you once your parcel is in transit.
- Requests for Send A Toy to add an ATL instruction on your behalf will be ignored.
- Any ATL instruction applied will be at your own risk. In the event an authority to leave parcel is lost, stolen or damaged after delivery, Send A Toy will not provide compensation.
Phone ahead of delivery instruction
We are not able to request that drivers phone ahead of delivery. Requests to have the delivery driver phone ahead of delivery will be ignored.
During checkout you will be given the option of linking a mobile number to your order to receive parcel tracking updates, including impending delivery notification via SMS text.
Wrong delivery address provided
If you provided the wrong delivery address on your order, and your parcel has been manifested, we can not change the delivery address. In this instance your order will usually be returned to Send A Toy within 14 business days.
Once your parcel arrives back at Send A Toy it can be re-sent to your revised address. A $12.95 re-delivery charge applies for this service.
Alternatively you can opt to cancel your order for a refund, less the actual freight charge incurred by us to post your order.
If your order qualified for free delivery, the actual freight charge that we incurred to post your order will be deduct from your refund.
Send A Toy incurs a returned freight fee on every returned article. This fee will be absorbed by Send A Toy and not passed onto you, the customer.
If your parcel is accepted at the incorrect address and not returned to Send A Toy, unfortunately it can not be retrieved by Send A Toy or Australia Post. Send A Toy will not provide a refund or any form of compensation for the lost goods.
Our parcel transit insurance, automatically included in a shipping charges, does not cover items lost, damaged or stolen due to provision of an incorrect shipping address.
Delivery Standard
Your order will be posted within 24 hours, excluding weekends, South Australian Public holidays or advertised Send A Toy holiday closure days.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location, however, as a general guide most parcels arrive within 2 - 5 business days once they leave Send A Toy.

Express Delivery Standards
Your order will be posted within 24 hours, excluding weekends, South Australian Public holidays or advertised Send A Toy holiday closure days. Express orders have a targeted delivery of 1-3 business days following dispatch (into metro areas).
Express orders are not delivered on public holidays.

Local Pick-Up Service
We do not offer a local pick-up service at this time.
Same Day Delivery
We do not offer a same day delivery service at this time.
Saturday Delivery
Typically our parcel's are not delivered on Saturday's and a Saturday delivery can not be specifically requested. However, during peak periods such as Christmas Australia Post may deliver on Saturday's in selected metro areas.
International Delivery
We do not offer an international delivery service.
